At CuddleGoofs, we want you to love your onesie. That said, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction with your purchase. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

By purchasing from CuddleGoofs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, contact us at cuddlegoofs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
